ITT Tracking Sensing

ITT offers localization via radio of objects or machinery (from a few centimeters to several hundred meters), verification of their status and possible integration , carried out in a safe and reliable way thanks to new technologies and operating on two different radio frequencies .
ITT Tracking & Sensing is a totally customizable solution. The flexibility offered by the ITT solution allows us to verticalize the product for very different needs. Here are some examples of application:



ACCESS CONTROL (People and vehicles)


ITT offers several advantages over the systems currently available on the market. The detection and the recognition of the person or a vehicle is carried out automatically and remotely. For the user, in the case of access inside an office or for the opening of an entrance bar, no specific gesture is required for recognition. The ITT system allows control over movements and/or minimal movements , means and goods, for example monitoring inputs and/or outputs from the monitored gates. ITT, thanks to flexibility and to easy programmability , guarantees high control and safety solutions, adapting to the different operational needs required in the different operating environments.

Thanks to the use of Active Tag, it is possible to create custom logics , check in real time , on all the movement authorizations within the various departments and to the various entry/exit gates.

ACTIVE MONITORING OF ANIMALS, OBJECTS OR MACHINERY

Ideal solution to monitor, track, locate, track and protect equipment, pallets, goods, vehicles, machinery or animals within defined areas, whether indoor or outdoor.

The elements to be monitored are equipped with an Active Tag and the area to be monitored is covered by the ITT technological infrastructure. Active tags, equipped with accelerometer , in addition to systematically confirming their presence within established areas can send specific alarms at the exact moment when they are also minimally moved or in case they were moved outside the established areas.


The system is easily programmable and can be set for time slots, even within personalized calendars (holidays, holidays, closing periods for plant maintenance). It can manage different levels of alarm and possibly promptly notify a control center or, more simply, the staff within the company responsible for security.

INDUSTRY 4.0 or IIOT (Industry Internet of Things)

It is the solution dedicated to industrial automation which, by integrating new production technologies, improves working conditions and increases the productivity and quality of the plants. Thanks to ITT it is possible to integrate all the machines (especially old ones, without state BUS) to make the whole production line evolve in an intelligent way and to obtain high efficiency production systems.

Thanks to this system, single machines and instruments can be monitored and analyzed in terms of efficiency, or different production configurations of the machines, deciding according to the needs the level of "zoom" on the target of the analysis.

This integration is very important to monitor the different physical parameters of the machines (temperature, engine revolutions, liquid leaks, working pressure ...), detect anomalies and avoid machine downtime.

Nowadays, depending on the configuration of the single company, "productive islands" or assembly lines are envisaged, where large machinery interact with different sub-assemblies, in a production continuum where a production block not programmed in a machine can create problems even in the whole production chain.

INDOOR LOCALIZATION

Today, on the market, there are many solutions aimed at solving problems relating to the precise localization of objects, even mobile, in defined spaces. According to different needs, it is possible to combine different technologies obtaining a correct balance between performance, costs and complexity of processing necessary for movement

However, the need to have an absolute indoor location remains common to all current solutions.

In the recent past several attempts have been made to make it possible, but all have presented some performance gaps or too high costs. ITT , the result of over 3 years of research, wants to be the solution reliable, simple & economic to the problem of absolute indoor location , where the GPS signal is not able to arrive.

In addition to seeing on the screen where the object to be located is physically, it is possible to request a sound or light activation via radio for a simple identification by the operators. A classic use of this solution is the location of Pallet in logistics spaces.
